Introduction of DMC technology
Green Paper Holdings Inc. is using DMC technology to make the pulp. DMC technology belongs to
China Global Paper Holding Group, which is
registered in Hong Kong, as an expanding base of DMC (Digesting with
Material cleanly) pulping technology to overseas.
It is not only manage the markets
both in China and overseas, but also promote the technology to all over
the world as rapidly as possible.
DMC Pulping technology was
invented by our President, Mr. Cheng Xiangwu, who spent 10 years in this
technology and made numerous testing during this period. Finally, in 2003,
there is a paper mill in Beijing built a pilot plant to test this brand
new technology, and approve it was very successful.
DMC technology can using straw (or
other fiber plants like: cornstalk, cotton stalk, bamboo, bulrush,¡etc.)
as the raw material of pulp and create a zero-pollutant papermaking
process. 98% of the Water can be recycle. The quality of the paper is
competing with the most of wood pulp in the world. Chinese farmers are burning
600 million metric tons of straw every year and creating another
air-pollution.
This technology has been approved
by industry related provincial and state government. The total one million
tons annual pulp production capacity projects have been approved with
environment protection certifications in Shandong, Hebei, Henan, Anhui and
Jiangsu, they are as follows, 300,000 tons capacity of wheat straw,
100,000 tons capacity of brush 200,000 tons capacity of cotton stalk,
100,000 tons capacity of bamboo and 200,000 tons capacity of rice straw.
DMC pulping technology will turn a new page in the world pulping and paper
making history.
With the two world-class
innovative technology of DMC pulping and DMC wastewater treatment, China
Global Paper Holding Group will aim their developing target at ¡°focusing on
environment pollution protecting green water and blue sky¡± and offer
solution for paper resource and environment development as their market
orientation, and treat urban wastewater and industry sewage as our major
goals. We are willingly to work together with those both domestic and
abroad who are interested in our technology in the protection of our
natural environment as well as water resource that we live on.

China Global Paper Holding Group was applied the first Patent from
China National Patent Bureau and was approved at August 2005 and had been
winning 25 countries' patent as well.
