first DMC paper mill in the global paper industry. I'm proud that we are
respected as a company that not only delivers great performance to all of
the world, but also adheres to high ethical standards and contributes to
the well-being of the communities we serve.

We are at a very exciting juncture in our history. We are transforming
ourselves from the inside out by revamping our processes, systems, and
culture around the demands of the competitive marketplace and the
protection of environment.

It is imperative that, as we do so, we continue to uphold the Green

the law: instead, we have to do the right thing - and we have to do it
every day. Ethical conduct is the foundation of any lasting business
success. For Green Paper to succeed and win in the competitive

Each of us contributes to Green Paper's success in unique ways, but we
share a collective responsibility to "do the right thing" and behave
ethically at all times. To give us the tools we need to continue to manage
our business with integrity, we have updated the Code of Conduct. It is
intended as a resource to help guide us in acting responsibly, ethically
and lawfully.
